Shipping

Our website should be up-to-date with the available colors and sizes, so it won't let you order an item that is out of stock.  Generally, we will ship your order within two business days after receiving it.  All orders are shipped from our company headquarters in Hood River, Oregon.  Standard shipping is with UPS Ground, USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail.  Ground shipping (in the 48 states) typically requires from one to five business days for delivery depending on your location (see map below).  USPS Priority Mail is generally delivered in 2-3 days (including Saturday) and is a great option for smaller items, shipments to the West Coast, and orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. 

ProMotion has an easy Return & Exchange policy: 

You do not need to contact us before returning a product. Simply fill out the form enclosed with your order and mail it back to us using your local Post Office (USPS). 

At this time do NOT use UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc...use USPS only.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. This is extended to 30 days after XMAS for orders placed around Thanksgiving. 

For all refunds, items must be in brand new re-sellable condition with tags attached. Once a product hits the water, it's yours, so be sure to confirm the fit before getting wet. Items returned outside the 30-return window are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Customer pays return shipping. As part of our online security, we can not make item or size exchanges on returns. For a different item or size, a new order must be placed by customer.

ProMotion is not responsible for returns lost in transit, so please use a service that offers a tracking number and consider insurance.
