Shipping & Returns
Our website should be up-to-date with the available colors and sizes, so it won't let you order an item that is out of stock. Generally, we will ship your order within two business days after receiving it. All orders are shipped from our company headquarters in Hood River, Oregon. Standard shipping is with UPS Ground (in the 48 states) which typically requires from one to five business days for delivery depending on your location. We also ship with USPS Priority Mail for smaller items or orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. For faster shipping we also offer 3-day and 2-day services (not to including weekends and holidays).
ProMotion has an easy Return & Exchange policy:
You do not need to contact us before returning a product. Simply fill out the form enclosed with your order and mail it back to us using the carrier of your choice.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. This is extended to 30 days after XMAS for orders placed around Thanksgiving.
For a full refund, items must be in brand new re-sellable condition with tags attached. Once a product hits the water, it can only be exchanged for another size. If you absolutely must return a used wetsuit, you will be assessed a restocking fee based on the items used value and the current condition.
Customer pays return shipping and we will pay ground shipping back to you on exchanges (USA Only). International customers pay all shipping charges associated with returns and exchanges.
ProMotion is not responsible for returns lost in transit, so please use a service that offers a tracking number and consider insurance.
